Fill out the registration form below. Each quilt requires a separate registration form. If you are entering more than one quilt, please indicate in the Additional Notes section of the form the order in which you’d like your quilts to be registered. Entry deadline is March 31st, 2024.

A 4” sleeve must be attached to the back of your quilt for hanging purposes. Quilts without a 4” sleeve will not be shown. For more information on how to make a sleeve, please ask the Education Committee at the April General Meeting.

Fold and place your quilt in a clear plastic bag. Create a label with your name and the quilt title and place it inside the bag so it is visible.

On Friday May 3rd between 1pm and 2pm please drop your quilt off at the entrance of the South Delta Recreation Center. At drop-off you will receive a printed receipt that matches the label we put on your bag. When collecting your quilt after the show (whether it’s yourself or a designated person) you must show the receipt to pick up.

All quilts entered in the general show must be picked up on Sunday May 5th between 5 and 6pm at the South Delta Recreation Centre. Challenge quilts will be gathered by their committees and returned to you at the May General Meeting when viewer’s choices will be announced.

The photo of your quilt must be taken head on, showing the way you want your quilt to hang in the show. Try to give us accurate colours since we use the photos to plan the layout of the show. The quilt does not have to be finished before you take the photo.

If your quilt is listed for sale, the Quilt Show boutique will be notified prior to the show as they will be handling all purchases. Upon the sale, a sold sticker will be placed on the information tag hanging beside your quilt, and the contact information of the purchaser will be shared with the owner following the show.

Please note that the BBQG will take a 15% commission on the selling price.

Every effort will be made to ensure your quilt's safety. However, not all contingencies can be totally planned for. Your quilt, although carefully guarded, is entered into the Quilt Show at your own risk.
